‘Leslee: The Soundtrack to the Novel’ is a musical interpretation of my own novel ‘Leslee’ that deals with life, dreams, loss, sexuality, visions and spirituality and of course… music. Some of the pieces were composed a long time before the writing of the novel and worked well when set against it, but some of the tracks were created specifically for the project.

The pieces are not sequenced in any particular order (hence why the titles retain their original names) and rather than score the scenes (as I have in other projects), this simply reflects the overall atmosphere and vibe of the story and its themes – therefore, it could be played at any point the reader believes it to be correct or crucial to the plot… it could theoretically be applied at any time or simply left on loop in the background throughout the reading process.
